Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG) built, owns and operates Singapore’s and Asia’s first open-access, multi-user liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal. It is a key infrastructure that supports the Country’s energy security strategy and ambition to become an LNG hub for the region.

The SLNG Terminal began commercial operations in 2013 and today, it operates with two jetties that are able to accommodate LNG carriers from 2,000 m3 to 265,000 m3 in size; three LNG storage tanks of 180,000 m3 capacity each; a fourth storage tank of 260,000 m3 capacity (one of the largest in the world); and an annualised average gas supply capacity of 9 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), with a peak capacity of up to 11 Mtpa.
