We’ve structured event to make it easy for you to connect with a global audience of innovators from the comfort of your own home or office. With lots of dedicated networking time built into the agenda and a smart matchmaking tool, it’s never been easier to start a conversation with the right person.
We’ll open up the networking app well before the event kicks-off. So you can create a profile and start getting to know your fellow attendees. Add your organization’s info, custom pitch, social media links and more. Display what you seek, and what you offer. You can even pre-arrange meetings with like-minded individuals to make sure that your networking starts on the right foot.
As you fill out your attendee profile, you’ll be able to select from a variety of attendee types and subject-matter interests. The smart algorithm will search the attendees for you to suggest people you may want to connect with. If you see someone you’d like to meet, you reach out to them through the app to make contact or schedule a meeting. The more complete your profile is, the more helpful the tool will be.
The networking app, Swapcard, will keep track of your schedule and help you arrange meetings before, during and after the event. It’s also easy to politely decline meeting requests that aren’t interesting to you. When a meeting is agreed upon, the app will propose time slots that are available for both people and provide the platform to connect face-to-face, digitally. Features like screen sharing and adding colleagues will make sure your meetings are as productive as possible. Swapcard will also keep a log of all of your meetings for you to go back and look over.
After the event, follow up with your new connections. If there’s anyone you weren’t able to connect with during the week you can still use Swapcard to connect with them. You’ll also receive contact information for every sponsor and presenting company, making it easy to connect with the innovators who caught your eye. Through Swapcard, you’re able to go back and show your boss a summary of who you met and what you spoke about.
